How to Know if a Product Has Protein

Here are some ingredients to look for if you want to know if a product contains protein:
  • soy protein (Glycine soja)
  • soybean seed extract
  • hydronized wheat protein
  • amino acids
  • keratin amino acids
  • anything hydronized
  • collagen
  • milk
  • sometimes panthenol might have the same effects as protein

I'm really liking my hair this week after my protein treatment! It looks and feels healthy again! I've gotten a few compliments on how sleek and shiny it is too. Why didn't I try the egg a long time ago????

I don't know if you answer personal questions, but I thought I'd give it a shot since I'm in desperate need of assistance. I recently got a relaxer (yesterday) and I've come to a sort of hair revelation: my hair used to be long and thick, but ever since I've come to my current hairdresser, it has become terrible. I don't moisturize my hair daily, I don't know how/when to wash it on my own, it's breaking significantly, and I've been confused by all of the information I've been getting via the internet. So, my question is, what's your basic advice for me?

if your hair is being over processed meaning the relaxer is being left in too long or you are over-lapping you relaxer is why your hair may be thinning.also daily moister too your hair is very beneficial as that is what stops your hair from breaking off especially for relaxed hair.Wasing your hair no more than once a week is very good for your hair so that it does not strip the cuticles of it's moisture causing the strands to break and also allowing the hair's natural oil to sit and penetrate.
