Tiffanita, relaxed, hair type 4b, last relaxer September 2022

Before starting my healthy hair journey in January 2008, I got a relaxer every 4-6 weeks. Now I get a relaxer every 10-12 weeks, which made a huge difference in my hair's health and thickness. I transitioned from the relaxer for almost 5 months and did the big chop in June 2012. After being natural for 3 years, I relaxed again. My focus is keeping my hair healthy with consistent conditioning, and almost no direct heat.
